Co-Founder Roger Johnson launched Personal Benefit Services Wealth Management in 1987. With 37 years of financial expertise, Roger is fueled by a passion to create great outcomes for clients based on long-term, personal relationships with them. He
is a certified financial planner.
Roger has been a frequent presenter on financial topics throughout the United States, and served on The White House Council of Families. He was a Master Trainer for the Federal Employees Retirement Systems and was on the GE Private Asset Management CEO Advisory
Roger loves to golf (though claims to do so poorly), travel, hike, jog and drive classic cars including his ’53 MG TD.

Eric Johnson, Chief Executive Officer
Eric has more than 20 years experience in the financial industry. He takes a collaborative approach to identifying clients’ goals and dreams, which allows him to put together specific, customized financial plans.
He attends meetings with financial investment experts across the country in order to stay relevant on the world’s economic environment and how that might impact clients. His solutions take into account a wide variety of factors, from what is happening
within a client’s family situation to conditions affecting the global economy.
He is also trained in Financial Life Planning, an approach that takes into account that life is about change, that each person’s life, values, and priorities are unique and need to be taken into account when helping them identify their financial goals.
Eric has been a Certified Flight Instructor since 1991. He has served on the City of Thornton’s Master Plan advisory committee, volunteered as a Planning Commissioner, served as President of the Thornton Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association,
and the Transportation Committee for the City of Arvada. He is active in his church and his three children’s PTA. In his free time, he enjoys spending time in the mountains skiing and hiking, scuba diving, and of course, flying.
He earned his Professional Pilot Flight Engineer degree from Metropolitan State University. He is a member of the Financial Services Institute and National Social Security Association, as well as a member of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots

Michael Frie, CFP®
Michael has more than 16 years experience in the financial industry. He loves working with clients to simplify the areas of their life they find challenging, and coming up with creative, unique solutions to help them create a solid foundation to achieve
their dreams. He specializes in risk mitigation/risk-adjusted growth, identifying value opportunities, and performing long-term trend analysis.
Michael previously worked as Director of Client Services and Trade Operations for a boutique wealth management company and was a Client and Investment Specialist for Janus Capital Group.
A Colorado native, Michael has a strong philanthropic spirit and is passionate about the community. He chairs the Arvada Young Professionals, is active in the Arvada Chamber of Commerce, sits on the board of trustees for Holy Family High School, and donates
time to the Sprit of Christ Catholic Church and Shrine of St. Anne School.
In his free time he loves to spend time with his wife and two children attending their sporting activities, traveling, and skiing.
He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Regis University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. He attended Metropolitan State University for his Certified Financial Planner designation. He is a member of the Financial Planning Association
and Financial Services Institute.

Eldon L. Laidig
In his past career, Eldon spent 27 years working for Jefferson County Public Schools, 25 of those as a junior high principal. This is evident in his genuine concern for the families with whom he works. Eldon spent 3.5 years on active duty with the
U.S. Coast Guard and 42 years as a U.S. Coast Guard Reserve. He was commanding officer for three reserve units and retired as a Captain.
Eldon is passionate about giving back to the community and has served on various nonprofit boards, councils, and committees including Highlanders Denver, Arvada Council for the Arts and Humanities, and Arvada Sister Cities, to name a few. He was recently
honored with the Arvada Chamber of Commerce’s Pioneer Award for his years of dedication to the Arvada community.

Debbie Rankin, Business Operations Manager
For the past 29 years, Debbie has acted as an interface between the firm’s financial planners and support staff to ensure that every client receive a personalized, high-quality experience. She keeps the firm’s operations running seamlessly,
and prides herself on making it look easy.
Debbie earned her Masters in Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Colorado Boulder.

Mary Nelson, Registered Assistant
For the past 14 years, Mary can be counted on to help clients with a smile. As the financial planners’ “right hand man,” she meets each client’s needs efficiently. She specializes in processing accounts including retirement,
non-retirement, education, and beneficiary.
She is a retired Federal employee and spent time with the IRS, BLM, and USGS.
Mary enjoys spending time with her two sons.
She graduated with a degree in Psychology and Art History, with courses in accounting and income tax, from the University of Minnesota. She holds a Series 6 license from FINRA.
